We recently had the privilege of visiting Family Hospital in Vietnam, which exemplifies our commitment to customer-centric care. This visit was all about enhancing the radiology experience for both clinicians and patients, reflecting our core mission of prioritizing our customers.
Family Hospital acquired their first NeuMR 1.5T MRI system in 2021. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with clinicians praising the exceptional image quality and performance. So impressed were they that, in the following year, the hospital decided to add a second unit to their radiology department. With a daily patient load exceeding 30 individuals, the need for seamless, efficient radiology processes was more critical than ever.
With this customer's demand in mind, we provided the hospital with tailor-made, complimentary software upgrades that aligned with their specific needs and usage scenarios.
